Come,Taste Life.Slowly.

Ever feel like life is passing too fast?

Here in Bordeaux, time moves differently.
The air smells of the ocean.
The vines whisper in the breeze.
And a glass of wine isn't just a drink—it's a moment.

Our Story

We’re Özge and Emre.
We came here Bordeaux for a weekend. We stayed for a lifetime.
And now, we’re creating experiences for people like you—
who crave something more than just a holiday.
Come walk the vineyards.
Sit at long tables under golden skies.
Eat slowly. Talk freely. Laugh deeply.
Let this place remind you how good it feels to be alive.
This isn’t a getaway.
It’s a return—to yourself.

How It Works?

We Begin with a Conversation

We listen. To who you are, what you love, and how you want to feel.

Everything is Tailored

Each itinerary is created from scratch — slow, simple, thoughtful.

A Moment, Not a Package

A proposal, a dinner, a few quiet days. You imagine it, we shape it.

Your Place in Bordeaux

A château just for you. Or somewhere calm and beautiful. We’ll find it.

GoToBordo X Istanbul Wine Tasting Club

La Rioja & San Sebastián
9–12 April 2026

Vineyards, the Sea, and the Memory of Wine

This spring, we travel to the heart of Spain.
From the endless vineyards of La Rioja to the coastal elegance of San Sebastián.

A journey shaped by the culture of wine, degustations, architecture and gastronomy

Designed by GoToBordo, guided by the tasting expertise of Istanbul Wine Tasting Club.
This is not just about tasting wine — it is about understanding its land, its rhythm, and its story.

Day 1 — April 9 | From Bilbao to Stone Villages of Rioja

We meet at Bilbao Airport and travel into the heart of La Rioja.
Rolling hills, vineyards, and ancient stone towns welcome us.

Our stay is at Hotel Santa María Briones, a 16th-century stone mansion restored with contemporary elegance.

Dinner is at Allegar, the hotel’s Michelin Guide restaurant, offering refined local Rioja cuisine.

Day 2 — April 10 | Vineyards & Architecture

We begin with two icons of contemporary wine architecture.

First stop: Marqués de Riscal, designed by Frank Gehry.
Titanium curves rising among the vines. A visit to both the architecture and production areas.

Then Bodegas Ysios, with its striking roofline echoing the surrounding mountains.
Wine tasting among the vines, in complete silence and landscape.

Dinner at one of the region’s most established tables: La Vieja Bodega.

Day 3 — April 11 | From Rioja to the Basque Coast

Morning visits continue with Bodegas Baigorri, known for its gravity-based production and glass-cube design.
Layer by layer, we follow the winemaking process and taste overlooking the vineyards.

Second visit: Marqués de Murrieta, one of Rioja’s historic producers.
A dialogue between tradition and modern production.

In the afternoon, we travel north to San Sebastián.
We stay at Zenit Convento San Martín, a former monastery transformed into a peaceful hotel.

Day 4 — April 12 | San Sebastián, Bilbao & Return

A slow morning by the ocean.
Free time along La Concha Beach or in the old town.

At midday, we travel to Bilbao for an optional visit to the Guggenheim Museum.

In the afternoon, we transfer to the airport and return with the landscapes, flavors, and memories of Rioja and the Basque coast.
